Traffic backups are expected as the westbound Schuylkill Expressway is reduced to one lane at the University Avenue/Grays Ferry Avenue Interchange (Exit 346B) in Philadelphia from 10 tonight to 5 a.m. Monday. A new concrete surface is being placed on two adjoining bridges.... read more
